At RIEMA, we believe preparedness begins with knowledge. Our Outreach and Education initiatives are designed to empower Rhode Islanders with the information and resources they need to stay safe before, during, and after emergencies. From community presentations and school programs to statewide preparedness campaigns and college tours, we work to ensure that individuals, families, and organizations are equipped to respond to all hazards. Through collaboration, education, and engagement, RIEMA is building a more resilient Rhode Island—one conversation at a time.

RIEMA offers tailored outreach and educational opportunities to help communities, schools, and organizations better understand emergency preparedness.
